Once you’ve enrolled in the challenge, your sweater will be shipped & on its way. In the meantime, you will receive an email revealing the challenges for the month & your workbook.

On June 1st, you start doing the work & living the work. This means you complete the daily & weekly challenges, listen to the week’s pod-class and go on your walking meditation.

For an added cost of $12, you will have the option to order a printed workbook so you can complete the clarifying exercises anywhere that inspires you (while on your balcony, at the cottage, at Trinity Bellwoods….coffee shop…the options are endless).

Through its long, sunny days, the season shakes us up and reminds us to not take life so seriously.
We are more spontaneous, free, and less tied to our regiments and routines.
Summer inspires us to live the work. ✨
But with this spell, sometimes we lose a grasp of the foundational practices that help us feel how we want to feel and show up how we want to show up. We lean too far into imbalance, making it hard to re-ground, re-center, and do the work.
This challenge is intended to help you find your unique formula to doing the work & living the work so you can, both be & grow all summer long.✨
SOME LIFEWORK LOVE
This challenge has been such a grounding experience for me. It has helped me realize self-care isn’t necessarily some grand gesture, but little acts of love for yourself that add up each day.
MAY
CHALLENGE
The month-long challenge structure made me believe that I can stick to positive changes even when things don’t go perfectly. It felt like every week was a chance to reset and get back on track. I usually give up halfway through things like this, but the weekly sessions and meditations kept me coming back!
DECEMBER CHALLENGE
This may challenge really helped me figure out what makes me happy, where I want to focus my energy, and pushed me in the direction of where I want to be in life.

thanks to this challenge, here I am putting myself first, my happiness first, doing what’s best for me and my health. This challenge, helped me figure out where I want to be, and what I want to do. It helped me gain these amazing daily rituals, it helped me slow down, It allowed me to do the inner and outer work and put Myself first.

JANUARY
CHALLENGE
Fab's challenge comes with so many tools and with so much ease. It felt so inviting and this challenge created space and accountability for me to start journaling. This habit is something I said I would start one day and never did until Fab guided me through the process of starting. I still journal several times a week to reset my mornings and have become an intentional part of "me" time!
