your life for you

JUNE CHALLENGE 24 BIG.png

TOOLS, SUPPORT, ACCOUNTABILITY, & COMMUNITY TO RESET & MAKE THE LONG-TERM CHANGES YOU KNOW YOU NEED.

IMG_0194_jpg.JPG
Summer has this magical ability to sweep us off our feet and cast a spell on us. Through its long sunny days, it inspires us to make time for the things we love and to not take life so seriously. It is a season that inspires us to “live the work”. We say yes to things we typically say no to and loosen up our regiments and routines. But, with this summer spell, we also tend to lose grasp of the foundational practices & habits that help us feel how we want to feel. If we aren’t careful we can lean too far into imbalance making it hard to reground and recenter.

The solution?
Establish a strong foundation that allows you to both: live the work & do the work so you can have the most impactful, memorable, present summer yet.

permission slip

"I was able to give myself permission to take time for me in my day and week. I felt a sense of relief being in this group as I had something to look forward to each week with the pod classes and walking meditations to continue to take time for me and improve myself. I also LOVED the intuitive aspect of the challenge as that was one of my habits to improve and become more intuitive rather than copying others around me."

actual time for self reflection

"I was able to make time for myself and self reflection. I loved the walking meditations and would listen to the podcasts while walking my dog! Airpods in and tuned out the rest!"

now I fill my cup

"before this challenge, I was starting my days with empty cup. Now, I fill my cup and then start my day. A very powerful shift."

work / life boundaries - imagine that!

"I really learned how to set boundaries with work and I can’t believe how much better I feel now that I have those in place!"

more emotionally stable

"I was able to regulate my emotions better throughout the day after carving out time for myself in my morning ritual"

caught so many sunsets

"I took the time to have some peace and quiet to myself and took myself outside more often than I never used to before - I watched a lot of sunsets within the past 21 days and enjoyed dinners, coffees and quiet/alone time. I enjoyed making time for myself in the evenings to journal, and listen to the pod-classes."

more presence, less guilt

"This challenge made me more present and intuitive. For me, it meant I took more time to make decisions and think about what I actually wanted to do. In turn, I felt more in control and I backed up my decisions without feeling as guilty."

Honestly, I was really pleasantly surprised with the amount and quality of information provided in this challenge! Having done a lot of “development” work sometimes I find content in other challenges or workshops is either repetitive or basic, but I found this challenge & all that comes with it to to be super helpful, fresh and unique. Thanks Fab!
